One of the main reasons I chose to live here, besides the affordability, is the management. From my initial contact with Tasha and Fred to my present interactions, both have been professional, welcoming and kind. The few times there have been issues with my apartment they responded immediately and addressed the issues quickly. No amount of problem solving will change the inconsiderate people who choose to be noisy during quiet hours. Not only does it affect me, I'm sure others are annoyed and offended too. Not a management issue, but also something management will realistically never be able to change.
Just tried calling the office for basic information and to confirm what was advertised on a rental site that lists available apartments. You would think that would be simple right? Oh, but not with them because they are too busy trying to be hipster and fly. After the fake British accent on the automated system while waiting "for one of our call representatives" and being told the call may be recorded as if this is some customer service line you call to handle a bill or something, they then ask if you want an option to recei... read more
Like getting emergency water shut offs with a 6 hour or less notice? Property management that is nearly impossible to get a hold of? Near constant unit inspections? Do you like unexplained $50 hikes in trash bills? Then Langdon Park is the place for you! Seriously. This place used to be a lot better. The last manager, Ana was very nice, easy to get a hold of and personable. Management under "The Derby" was always personable and easy to get a hold of and water shut offs, while common, were still communicated well in advance. ... read more
