Very helpful in a timely manner. Initially Ron was able to talk via phone the same day I called with questions. Upon needing additional assistance, the turn around time for document review and discussion was short with an appointment offered within 2-3 days. All of my questions were answered directly and professionally without any unneccessary fluff as well as when to seek additional help. I live an hour away, but we were able to do everything via phone/e-mail.

Ron was very direct every step of the way. My case was challenging and he was clear about my options as well as possible outcomes. Jessica was very patient with me not understanding parts of information and was excellent at communicating updates. Both would answer any questions I had in a timely manner. I was very happy to have this team behind me and ultimately was extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend them.
The 1 stars are absolutely deserved. It seems that they enjoy being as a rude as possible all the way until someone rudely hangs up on you. If you're into that type of treatment you can get that here.
