Claire is very knowledgeable in her treatments. She has managed to keep my shoulder and back mobile until I have my operation. I would highly recommend her.
As an older lady I was a little nervous to have my first ever sports massage but Claire put me at ease immediately. She explained exactly what she was going to do and continued explaining during the procedure. The massage has helped enormously and I look forward to my next treatment in 4 weeks.
