Attractive building from the outside, but don't let the brick and stone walls deceive you. Beyond the exterior facede, the interior is rife with thieves, larcenists, and fraudsters masquerading as management. Operating under false pretenses. Management maintain a culture of bullies bereft of respect and compassion for the elderly. Hold tight to your purse and watch your bank statement. If you love your elderly family members, Mother, Father, Aunt, or Uncle, don't send them to this Pandora's box.

I gave the management a letter from my Doctor three weeks ago to have my meals in my room. The first week was good got my meals but then no matter how many times I asked to have my meals brought up I didn't any all weekend, I had to order out. Got one meal yesterday at 7pm all dried up and cold, and no breakfast this morning I tell the staff when I am going out so they don't have to bring meals up but they do not communicate with each other.
