We called out an engineer in Reading via home emergency cover having previously called out another company and Thames water, both of whom could not identify the issue. Didn't get the engineer's name but he was very friendly and with the help of a camera and some other tools, cleared the blockage very quickly.
Despicable company, can dismiss staff for minor discrepancies, whilst happily employing disgraced ex serious offenders from the police !

What's the point of having to call them and wait 25 mins to speak to someone only to be told the policy is to email them and it will be sent to the quoting team and should be back to me by the end of the day?
