I would give this place 0 stars. They hired my daughter, a 4.0+ GPA UO graduate student, bright and so intelligent, and completely bullied her in her first week. They made her share drawers, she came home every day upset by the way she was treated. Paid her $15 an hour, then fired her as a temp after two weeks, telling her every day she needed to be more “chipper”, pressuring her, then not even within 24 hours posted her job on Indeed for $18 an hour. Completely horrible place.

We have been members since 1995 and I won't even consider changing even though we moved out of state 10 years ago. Excellent customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter if I call, email, or go into the branch. Small but mighty!
