the worst customer service and quality I have ever experienced I was sold what was supposed to be "high quality" furniture. The sofa is horrible, it started falling apart within a few days of delivery. The customer service is horrendous. A year later I am still doing battle. They are the absolute worst furniture store I have ever dealt with!
