Our experience at the Lane Cove West Montessori Academy is wonderful. The educators are incredibly supportive and caring, and it’s clear how much they invest in each child. Most educators are nice, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive. Concerns or feedback were always addressed promptly by educators or management, which to me is a strong indicator of a good daycare centre. The environment is inclusive and multicultural. My little girl feels safe and happy at the LWM centre. If you believe in the Montessori philosophy, LWM, from its physical facilities to its educational programs, is the best option in the area. We are very glad we found this great daycare - it's very spacious, open and clean. Teachers are consistent, engaging and eager to pass on little details about what happened each day. Days have more structure than previous play-based childcares we went to, and they have a unique focus on learning practical life skills, which has led to our kids being more and more independent and confident within themselves. My partner and I are so happy we found care for our kid from LCW Montessori Academy. All the educators my kid has had are very friendly, and genuine. They put in so much effort designing activities for the kids and educating them day to day. They provide a safe and happy environment for the kids. They also did an amazing job help transitioning my kid from one room to the room above. Centre manager Maria is doing a great job too keeping the centre run smoothly and keeping all parents updated with latest info.
