Jack provided an excellent and extremely helpful assessment on why my ankle was swollen and painful despite not knowingly injuring it. Insightful guidance on proper footwear (including identifying other issue of flat arch) to address support as well as exercises to strengthen and support my ankle. Made them reasonable and doable so I can stick with it. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been seeing Jack for many years now and over that time I’ve noticed how much he genuinely cares about my overall wellbeing, not just the specific issue I come in with. His diagnosis are always on point. He's dry needling and massage treatments are excellent and provide me exceptional relief 🙏🏼 He also takes the time to engage and shows a genuine interest in his clients, which makes the experience feel personal, not just transactional.

I broke my shoulder and was told I would only get 90% function back. The public health system entitled me to 10 free hydrotherapy sessions at Ryde Hospital, which allowed me to discover hydrotherapy. Once that was over, I continued my program here for 6 months until I was strong enough to restart yoga. I’m up to 99% on that shoulder. Everyone who needs therapy should give this a go. What a wonderful facility.
