Totally not interested in keeping a customer. I happened to not realize that they send me a new card with new number. So when I paid to the old # it did not go thru. I had such a great experience at my local Lane Bryant thanks to Ovaline! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bra—she was incredibly patient, kind, and truly made me feel taken care of. It’s rare to feel that supported while shopping, but Ovaline made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. So grateful for her help!
Unfortunately Lane Bryant closed multiple locations in the central area of CT and only 2 remain in state (Waterford & North Haven). I decided to avoid 91 traffic and drove almost an hour to visit this Waterford location on 4/12 and I am very happy I did. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Ms. Ovaline who assisted me with my return/exchange.
