had fun shopping there. Super good deal. And fun help. Update So the people that work at the local shop are still very nice and helpful. But customer care for their credit card are horrible. Totally not interested in keeping a customer. I happened to not realize that they send me a new card with new number. So when I paid to the old # it did not go thru. Called them, they couldn't figure out the problem and where the money went that I paid assuring me not to worry about interest charged. Now the insist on the late fee.... no... read more
I had such a great experience at my local Lane Bryant thanks to Ovaline! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bra—she was incredibly patient, kind, and truly made me feel taken care of. It’s rare to feel that supported while shopping, but Ovaline made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. So grateful for her help!
Unfortunately Lane Bryant closed multiple locations in the central area of CT and only 2 remain in state (Waterford & North Haven). I decided to avoid 91 traffic and drove almost an hour to visit this Waterford location on 4/12 and I am very happy I did. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Ms. Ovaline who assisted me with my return/exchange.
