Went to land Bryant today due to people recommending this place. Walked in and was ready to walk out due to being overwhelmed. I was immediately greeted by Dody and she got right to work helping me find the perfect fit for me. For once it wasn’t a complete disaster bra shopping. I found my true size and walked out with two bras and two bras on order. Thank you for making me comfortable again!
My sister and I walked into store and noone greeted us. We were looking around and still no greeting but we heard 2 employees greeting and helping other potential customers as they walked through the door. It was very unprofessional and I didn't purchase anything for that reason. As we were headed out one of them just tried to avoid us all together while the other was asking if she could help us to our backs. Totally disgusted by the entire encounter. Will not return.
Marsha was the best helping me with bras. I so loved how she made me feel comfortable
