Not a good experience for order pick up! Don’t recommend doing it this store and it’s the only one in Tucson. I asked a family member to pick up my bra order as I didn’t have time to pick up myself. They called ahead to pick up. Was told I’ll only do it one time for you even tho she had my email, order id and the email address etc to pick up. I purchased 2 bras there today put one one. Told her I think this is too big. Had an appointment and removed the bra immediately in the car didn't have time to run back in the store at that time. Once my appointment was over took bra back in and asked to exchange it. Was told can't do that becsuse i wore it out of the store. I have never had an issue with this store until today. I will never purchase anything from this place again. I tried on numerous bras in the store what is the difference. Very poor customer service

First of all I use a walker and upon arrival I didn't get any help getting or out of the store.i couldn't reach things because staff were busy talking to each other .I did not receive any help what's so ever.. Do u pay your staff to help or to entertain each other. . It's the only LB in Tucson so I had to go there.. That is my last time using it and by the way I cut my credit card up... Maybe they should pull a stint at Walmart to learn to be greeters ...

Went in yesterday, both ladies were rude, non helpful, couldn't reach items and the girl responded by I just told that same thing to my boss earlier, never offered to help also said no bathroom either. I LEFT without the pants I was going to buy and won't go back!!!
