I went to Lane Bryant on Saturday. When I pulled up the whole street was blocked off for a outside vendor event. I have arthritis in my legs that makes it very difficult to walk. By the time I made it into the store I was physically beat. I had an exchange and return to do. I was greeted by KRISTA who cheerful said she would be happy to help me. Kourtney was amazing. She helped me find the perfect fit for each style bra I tried on. She was very kind and personable. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be coming back to see her in the future!! She took care of me the entire time I was there and was patient with me as I explored my options. Needed a bathing suit for an impromptu water park visit and even this late in the season they were able to accommodate me.
