The reason no one shops at these mall stores anymore...I bought 4 shirts, same thing, different colors. Took tag off 2, wore 1. Fell apart in first wash, fabric pilled and threads out all over. Not only did the incredibly rude manager refuse to take back garbage quality product, she refused to take back to unworn shirt because I had removed the tag. Free ship to store is awesome. But $95 for a pair of jeans and the material not even all that sturdy. I'm disappointed in Lane Bryant, I stopped shopping with them years and years ago. The only reason I shopped this time was because I was online and I got the item that started at $64.50, I paid $21.50.
My husband and I stopped in to Lane Bryant today as part of our trip as visitors from another city. I asked the young woman at the counter if I could try a piece of clothing on and she was very sweet and told me I could go ahead and go back to the dressing rooms and that there should already be some open.
