Free ship to store is awesome. But $95 for a pair of jeans and the material not even all that sturdy. I'm disappointed in Lane Bryant, I stopped shopping with them years and years ago. The only reason I shopped this time was because I was online and I got the item that started at $64.50, I paid $21.50.
My husband and I stopped in to Lane Bryant today as part of our trip as visitors from another city. I asked the young woman at the counter if I could try a piece of clothing on and she was very sweet and told me I could go ahead and go back to the dressing rooms and that there should already be some open. Another style appointment at the top of the hill! Crystal (Levis Commons) was my stylist and she was exceptional with showing me different options and giving me straightforward advice. She was kind and genuine and I appreciated that. Another shout out to Missy, Angela, Rickie at Franklin Park Mall. These women are pro' stylers! You've got to go see them. They have a variety of sizes for a garden of shapes. Give them a call, explain your needs, and they'll help in any way they can.
