I think her name was Heather I forget to ask but she was super lovely and helpful today!!! I got bra fitted and it was hard to find stuff in my size but she found options that worked and were cute and I was able to buy 3 that fit perfectly!:) Took 3 seconds before she was able to almost perfectly guess my size and now I have one that fits perfectly for the first time in 5 years!:)
What a great experience I had today at the Clackamas Store! I had an order to pick up & received a 50% off 1 item coupon. Heather was the salesperson who helped me. She has excellent customer service skills! She truly listened to the style I was looking for, which made my shopping trip faster & smoother. She'd make an excellent personal shopper or manager. BEWARE OF JESSE and her irreprehensible, ghastly, egregious customer service. Yesterday(12/22/2025), my mother (who is in her mid 60s may I add) went to the Clackamas Lane Bryant at 5:15pm to pick up a $500+ order for me. Please note, I sent her with delivery confirmation from not only Lane Bryant but also Fed Ex (see images attached) that the package had arrived and been signed for at 11:01am by Smith ( note signed for at 11am and my mother went at 5:15pm).
