Even though we paid premium price for Lane Bryant, and had our reciepts, because my disabled daughter cut the tags off her clothes when she got them home they would not let us return them for a smaller size. I would at least expect the level of customer service I can get at Fred Meyers and Kohls.
Like the store but they need to work on their customer service. Not friendly. Will not recommend this location
I came early this morning with my client and was helped with such great customer service. thank you so much sandra for being kind and having excellent customer service!!! 🤗🤗
