Staff is kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Best place for bras- they work one on one with you for a perfect fit!
Wonderful customer service and very helpful management, Crystal went above and beyond. I purchased a bra and was having a hard time finding the right fit, they knew right away what I should try. The store also was very clean and tidy. I appreciate that when shopping. I recommend the boardman ohio location.
I went shopping for panties and they have plenty of them on sale.
This store was my first experience shopping at a Lane Bryant store and they will certainly see me again. I got sized by Krystal and she is amazing. She found me the perfect size and I have never had a more comfortable bra. I may be wrong with the name but I believe Sara (Sarah?) helped me order some items offline and they were spectacular. The atmosphere is amazing and they overall were so welcoming and friendly! I recommended their store to everyone who I know that wears bigger sizes!
What a joke getting someone to help you while they're on their phones. Retail isn't the same. And I thought this store was closed when I drove by. Nothing in windows - poor marketing -
