I've been here maybe 4-5 times and everytime I had a great experience. If I'm not mistaken this last time, Kim helped me choose my items. sometimes customer service is outstanding and top notch.... sometimes not so much. I guess it just depends who you get. the nice lady who i assume is a manager is always great.
I have been in this store many times. I can’t figure out why I keep going back. I will stop now. The staff is incredibly rude, on a regular basis. I guess, given there are few plus size stores in Fredericksburg, they can get away with that kind of service, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that are happy to let me spend money in their store, and are actually pleasant to shop at.
