Teresa was so kind and patient when helping me try on bras. She helped me find different sizes while I was in the changing room. Would definitely shop there again thanks to her.
I ordered 2 items and requested they were sent to store and it is still in "processing" mode 7 days later. When I called for a refund I was told I couldnt get one, I had to wait for lane bryant to finish searching nearby stores for the item and then once it was delivered I would have to go to the store and get a refund! What??? Im outraged, the website should not have sold the items if they did not have them in the warehouse. And what is with the long times processing! Don't shop online for lane bryant. They rip u off

I arrived at Lane Bryant on June 19th, 2025. I felt blatantly ignored. There was no engagement! That's the problem. I was not once spoken to; no help offered at all. The store was not even busy. Maybe 4 others in the store. There were 3 associates, but not one customer service attendant acknowledged me or spoke to me. Racial, hmmmm sure felt like it.
