I arrived at Lane Bryant on June 19th, 2025. I felt blatantly ignored. There was no engagement! That's the problem. I was not once spoken to; no help offered at all. The store was not even busy. Maybe 4 others in the store. There were 3 associates, but not one customer service attendant acknowledged me or spoke to me. Racial, hmmmm sure felt like it. I have been in several times and was always greeted warmly and asked if i needed assistance. That was a lovely experience. I came in this week and there were very rude sales associates on a particular day. I don't know if these ladies were new and didn't know how things are done there.
