I returned an incorrect online bra order at the Orland Mall store. Despite having my order number and packing slip, the staff refused to assist. They claimed the item wasn’t on the slip and insisted I return it elsewhere or ship it back. They also said it would take a long time to process the return.
Customer service is horrible. Workers stand there look in your face and don't say a word.
This is my go to place for undergarments-would like to shout out Lisa who was super helpful to me today! She was swift, kind, and efficient. Thanks, Lisa!
The semi-sale for bras is such a good deal! This store even has sports bras. Jill had great customer service and was extremely helpful to find a good fitting bra!
Store is clean and welcoming. Staff is kind, friendly and supportive. Tammy was great to work with in my last few visits. Always has good sales going.
