I normally have a good experience at this store, but lately the red head who works in the evening is rude, condescending, talks about her customers in ear shot with the other associates. Very unprofessional. I have started to shop at Torrid instead, now that they have better coupon offers than Lane Bryant it's worth going through the mall of america crowd to get there.
