I ordered two turtlenecks on 11/8/25 for delivery to the Kingstowne store, and have been waiting since to receive a call letting me know my order had arrived. Today I checked online and found out my order was delivered on 11/17. I attempted to call the store several times, beginning at 7:00 PM to no avail. Very limited selections. Disappointing.
The company itself is great as far as style and selections, although the prices are quite steep if there's no sale. As far as this particular location though, the customer service was invisible just like me apparently. Came in with my family (husband and two daughters) and there was no greeting whatsoever, no one ever asked if I needed assistance, absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence in any way until I was checking out. Elizabeth and Alaina/Elena (forgive me for the spelling, I couldn't find it on the receipt) were INCREDIBLE! Elizabeth measured me and helped me track down my new size and sister sizes (which is now weird/hard to find since I've dropped a whole cup size and band size), and Alaina/Elena was so sweet and personable. I'm so glad I stopped in on Lane Bryant Kingstowne today! Thank you for making this such an amazing experience!
