The store is very clean
Disappointed with the level of attention from this store. On Monday June 1, I was called about a partial order ready for pickup from December. Mind you, not only had I picked up a recent order the prior Saturday (no mention of the missing order), but I had checked for this order in December and in January and told nothing was there. I then forgot I was waiting (NP, should be no charge until shipped). Well, I now see a charge on 12/5/25 but was never notified of the shipment. Where was my order all that time? The service at this location is getting worse every time I come. I attempted to take my elderly mom to simply pick up an order today. It was 10 minutes before closing time and the door was already locked. They watched her walk up and pull the door handle, and they turned off the lights in her face. There are only a couple locations near Birmingham, and I had driven 30 mins to get there. So I wasted time and gas. It's already bad that the closing time is 7pm.
