I’m not usually one to leave a review, but my experience at this location last night was honestly horrible. Upon arrival at 7pm(they close at 8), I walked in with a couple of online returns. Nobody greeted me, I walked all the way to the register and the girl at the counter asks very quietly if she can help me. I told her I needed to exchange some items I ordered online. They provide great help choosing a bra and anything else in their store. The Trussville AL staff is always helpful! Very nice ladies and I am happy to shop with!!
The sales people at this location used to be very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Over the years, the experience here has changed. I went into the store today and there were 2 sales people behind the register, talking to a 3rd salesperson to the left. No one said anything, but I saw one of them alert the other two that someone was in the store. Crickets!!!
