The employees were so friendly and helpful with finding just what I needed. Glad they are still open in Joplin!
The ladies working last night were amazing. I expressed some frustration with some pants I bought previously (mega-wrinkly) and one of them gave me a trick on how to improve this without a lot of time invested on ironing - it worked!!! They were very patient and helpful with finding additional items to try on too.
10/10 Absolutely will come back. This was hands down the BEST customer service experience I've ever had. I stopped in on a Sunday to get fitted for the first real bra I've worn in three years and it was honestly great. I had Kate helping me and let me tell you, she was FANTASTIC. She got me measured and I tried on about 10 different bras and she figured out my size for the different types of bras, balconette vs. full coverage. First time shopping here, and I will definitely be back. The two ladies that were working made me feel so taken care of. I was sized for a bra and received such amazing care to ensure my purchases were a good fit and comfortable. What made them go above and beyond, however, is the attention they gave to my 5 year old son. They were so friendly and kind to him so that I could try on my bras in private.
