As a plus sized girly, shopping has always been hard and has felt almost impossible. I went to Lane Bryant today and immediately felt welcomed and care for! Virginia was my helper and was so amazing, supportive and made me feel good about how I looked. When i came out of the dressing room Virginia and everyone else came through with the compliments and made me feel beautiful. Thank you for the most amazing shopping day!

This store was so fabulous! A huge selection and so beautifully displayed. The employees get 5 gold stars! They were so helpful and friendly. We will put it on our girl weekend to do list. Kansas City stores need to take a page from your play book.
You have amazing staff staff. Marcy went above beyond to help me. Both ladies helped me pick out outfits and had great attitudes. I will be back.
