I have spent more money at this store than I’d care to admit, and until today, I’ve always enjoyed shopping here. This afternoon, I came in to purchase several essentials for my mom and was prepared to make a significant purchase. Nobody greeted us. Both staff members talking behind the counter. I was returning an item they did not try to turn it into a exchange. Seemed like we were bothering them. Ill keep shopping on line and only do returns at the Johnson City,Tennessee store. So sad.

I went to the store with my sister and mother. We shopped for wedding bras, something very important. We were in the store an hour and some change before closing. We were reminded of the time every five minutes while shopping by the manager. I also heard Hope, the manager, tell the other employee (who was actually very nice) that she needed to hurry up and finish her work in a very passive way. Hope is extremely abrasive.
