I was not impressed with the service from the two employees at this store today 5/17/25 around 12:00pm. The store was busy and these two store associates (the one who rang me up had red hair, I don’t know their names but they both looked special needs) acted as if they were bothered by having to order things online for people and have it shipped to their house. I love Lane Bryant, but this particular store isn’t great. I just shop online now. My first time in there, I was ignored at the cashier desk for awhile, trying to pick up an online order. But I’m definitely one to give second chances. I had found a shirt on the website I liked, but I only had cash, so I went inside. I am disabled and standing/walking is very difficult for me. The vist started rather normal but quickly turned to the employee telling me I was wrong, that bra messerments are an art form. Well I hate to be this mean but she failed at the art form. She had me try on many bras, all that where too small. When I stated as such she still insisted that it was just the right size. She seemed more worried about her being right than helping me.
