Very upset the signs were set for $19.99. The manager stated she couldn’t Change a priceon a price because she wasn’t there when the item was sold, but the sales rep who was there at the time of my purchased was not working at the time of the shift when I went back in. The manager stated she had to wait for that sales associate to come back in for her to give me a refund, but it’s against HIPAA for them to let me know when that the person works again. Dawn was super friendly and extremely helpful with finding what I needed. I didn’t even know I had rewards and she brought it to my attention. She helped me find the correct size. The store was neat and organized with plenty of options.
Staff are always a miss with measurements. Everyone gives you a different number/Size. Stop pushing sister sizes. Changing rooms stay locked. Employees use the front few parking spots which is pretty displeasing.
I had a very pleasant experience here! Dawn was very helpful in getting a bra size that really fit me and was super friendly 😊
