Brandy was extremely rude during my return. Literally not going back to this location because her attitude and tone was so disrespectful. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t be kind. I had my return receipt, tags still on, with the original bag and she complained because there was one dog hair on it. She said “next time you need to lint roll your items.
