I love this store! Its the only place I shop!
I normally have a good experience at this store, but lately the red head who works in the evening is rude, condescending, talks about her customers in ear shot with the other associates. Very unprofessional. I have started to shop at Torrid instead, now that they have better coupon offers than Lane Bryant it's worth going through the mall of america crowd to get there. Great fashionable clothes at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
I would give this store a negative (-) 5 if I could, I have been to this store 3 or 4 times since they opened and each time the customer service was horrible!! They do not acknowledge you when you walk in, they do not offer to help you when they see you looking... customer service goes along way, I will drive the extra miles to shop at another store that cares about their customers! Horrible customer service!!
