Ms. Kim and Ms. Wilma were absolutely amazing. They have a very clean and organized store. She pulled several options in so many colors for me to try. She told me about their offers and the bogos going on, Wilma helped me feel comfortable and they both went above and beyond to make me feel less insecure and I left for the first time leaving a store for a bra actually pleased. Great shopping with quality merchandise . The sales associates are always courteous and helpful.
I have been to this location 10 times in the past 2 weeks and all during regular business hours that are posted on the door and on Google. There has been 1 time out of the 10 that this store was actually open. Took off of work early one day to make a special trip here, guess what, closed. This is bad business especially here during the holidays.
I give the store a 4 and I asked to use the bathroom. She walked me in the back and showed me the bathroom. I walked in the bathroom was nasty the toilet look like it hasn't been cleaned in months. I walked out the bathroom and the employee waiting outside the door like I am a little child. Worrying about me clean the bathroom all those brooms and mops in the bathroom. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go to the store.
