I just wanted to mention, the service is top notch. They’ll set a dressing room up for you ahead of time when your hands start getting full and check in on you in the room and make sure you’re happy and good and have the right sizes ect. What a wonderful experience that makes shopping so much better when you’re dealing with the stress of finding plus sized clothing. I was here last week, I wish I could remember the name of the two gals that helped me. I’m the girl who was all pumped for my trip to Japan.
Abby was outstanding! She was so helpful for me during a stressful undergarment fitting! Her personality and sense of humor and kindness were so great! She was helpful and did not make me feel uncomfortable or rushed! She deserves 5 stars!

Was totally humiliated by a customer service representative in the South Portland store when she decided to make derogatory remarks about my body!!! I'm not extremely large and couldn't imagine what she'd have said if I was!!! Have been a LB shopper for years but as of this month I no longer will shop there!!! ***Ok so update January 2024 went into store because friend wanted to pop in for something.
