The place was very friendly
I usually love Lane Bryant, been a loyal customer for nearly 25 years. The associate I encountered at this location was rude. She took my measurements wrong, and her manurisms, while taking the measurements, were offensive. I asked the associate to measure my band size and she measured my bust size. Ive had to do my own measurements since I was a teenager because I have a very large cup size, so I used to have to order bras custom. The people are great! They listen to you and help you get exactly what you want.
I went in yesterday and asked for a bra fitting. Miss Donna helped me. I had been feeling really down about it because I’d gained weight, and she was so kind and helpful the whole time I was there.
