I went to return a few items and the young lady associate who assisted me was a pure pleasure to work with. I was at the Dover Towne Centre and it was shortly after the store opened. She helped me with my return and with new items I purchased. She was also helping a customer with a problem who was somewhat heated but the associate remained cool, professional, respectful and polite to the irritated customer offering other options for help. Felt bad for the lady the associate tried to assist.
The staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful.
Went in to look for 2 different bras. Serenity greeted me when I walked in. I originally had the wrong size so she measured me. She also helped me with figuring out what styles to get (I wanted one comfy and one more structured) Once I tried them on she came in to make sure everything was perfect. She was extremely nice and gentle the whole time!

Store was cluttered. No one said hello when l came in. For LB prices someone should have acknowledge me entering the store. I brought nothing because no one said hello and no one asked if k needed help. No one was helping other customers. I drove to Rehoboth LB instead
