I placed an order to have delivered to the store in Alliance. I received the update from UPS that is was delivered and I got the email from the store stating it was there and I could pick it up. I went the next day and encountered the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. She used to be the store manager but not sure if she is still the manager. The best!
Will not be ever shopping at this location. I was never acknowledged when coming in or asked if I needed any help but when two other ladies walk in they were treated differently and I was invisible. Plus I overheard the two ladies at the cash wrap talking amongst each other calling another store in the area racist so I went to check them out myself and they had the best customer service and I was treated so much better... Victoria’s secret is the way to go!!
Depending on who helps us, I may just have to say it is a 5☆ store! I learn something new about buying clothes for my wife every time we go...
