Customer service is EXCELLENT
The staff wasn't really that helpful at all. It was more of a, don't ask me anything, just find things on your own, the lady that was working the cash register made me feel really uncomfortable, snooping around as though, she was pretending to fix some of the items on the rack, at the same time watching me because I was African American. I am never disappointed at Lane Bryant
One of the staff stared at me like I was out of place. No greeting, the vibe was stuffy. I remember when I loved going to Lane Bryant had a blast, those days are gone. The prices are sky high. No thanks
Great service, very helpful with a discount. Also helped with on line purchases to be delivered to my house. Helpful with bar fitting.
