I had the absolute best experience shopping at Lane Bryant! I went in for a bra fitting, and the staff (Meghan, Willow, and Brenda) were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They made me feel so comfortable and took the time to help me find the perfect styles and sizes. It was actually a lot of fun! If you need a fitting and want excellent customer service, I highly recommend visiting this store. I’ll definitely be back!
I usually go to store in east peoria but had the misfortune of going to this location yesterday & staff was very unfriendly!
So today they opened at 11 and when we pulled up at 10:57 Just wait the lady was walking and was not dressed. It was not ready for work and she didn’t open the doors unlit 11:15. As someone who used to work there that would not have stood with the old manager I don’t know what is happening now with the management. this is not the first time that This has happened. It’s Outrageous. And it’s sad.
I had a great experience!!! I didn’t even get the girls name, but I was sized accurately and efficiently. I will be back! Quality bras!!!!
This is supposed to be a store for big women but no big women clothes! small sizes
