Finally found a store that full- fill my every needs..... I understand keeping everyone safe, I hope you reopen the stores soon, shopping on line is okay. but store shopping in better....There is nothing like trying on clothing to make sure everything fit perfect. Lane Bryant is my favorite clothing store.... Please Open Soon
Everytime I go into this store I always find something good. I really love the Lane Bryant stores for having my size and making me like a normal size person, not just a woman who has curves and then some.
Very disappointing. Bad customer service, need more employee training to learn how to deal with customers in a kind helpful way.
I went in there to shop and the staff there were nice & very helpful. I was able to get what I came for an a little more.
Always get e-mail after e-mail fir coupons and etc for Lane Bryant. Took the time to visit this location yesterday drove 20-25 min only to leave empty handed. Not 1 lingerie set avail, all mixed matched possibles. The lady said they hadn't restocked since Valentine's Day what a waste!
Store is nice and new. The sales representatives are friendly. I have shopped there a couple of times, but will not return after my experience today. I made an online purchase and had the items delivered to this location. When I picked up the items, one of my packages had been opened and my Real Woman dollars were missing. How disappointing. The staff was helpful...no to happy with the pricing. And even tho I can wear their undergarments I'm not happy I can't fit some of their cute clothes
I love Lane Bryant! They have such stylish, chic looks. The service is awesome, and they make you feel right at home! The selection is good too. I can usually find my size in the store, but if not, ordering online is a great option!
I don't typically shop Lane Bryant because my regular clothing size is smaller than what they sell. I am very busty though and have bought a bra from LB online in the past, so decided to go in the store to see if they might have some in stock. Being a 38G/H, it's VERY difficult for me to find the size, and typically I have to custom order. Imagine my surprise when the Victorville LB had 5 or 6 different styles, in multiple colors, and in my size. Service was WONDERFUL, I made 2 purchases, and all was well.
