I had an in store pick up from one line and they were incredibly rude when I couldn’t find anything to spend the discount on. I’ll shop at a different location next time for sure.

Three of us walked in on my recommendation to shop at Lane Bryant. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years but will no longer be. There were no other customers in the store. Requested help finding certain items. Lady never came back.
