I stopped here today to make a return and the associate working was one of the rudest retail workers I've ever encountered. She was mean and condescending. Usually I would walk around the store and browse after making a return but I walked out of that store so fast, I was so uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location.
Came in looking for a bra since I’ve heard Lane Bryant is a great place for plus sized bras. I asked to be fitted since I don’t know my size, the gal working said she didn’t know how to do bra fittings and told me her boss was in a meeting and couldn’t be disturbed. She told me to go to Victoria Secret… After struggling to try and find something that would work I left and won’t be back. Seems to me staff needs more training if they are going to be working alone.
