Had an in-store pickup for my wife and it was easy.
Went in tonight with a friend and there was only one person working, she was behind the counter the entire time. We weren't greeted at all or even acknowledged. This place either needs to close or needs a new manager
Walked in a few weeks ago on a Saturday. I'm looking to buy several new pieces for work. I go in and walk through the store that is completely empty of anyone but me and one employee handing shirts behind the counter. I stopped here today to make a return and the associate working was one of the rudest retail workers I've ever encountered. She was mean and condescending. Usually I would walk around the store and browse after making a return but I walked out of that store so fast, I was so uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location.
Came in looking for a bra since I’ve heard Lane Bryant is a great place for plus sized bras. I asked to be fitted since I don’t know my size, the gal working said she didn’t know how to do bra fittings and told me her boss was in a meeting and couldn’t be disturbed. She told me to go to Victoria Secret… After struggling to try and find something that would work I left and won’t be back. Seems to me staff needs more training if they are going to be working alone.
