Absolutely astounding, horrific customer service. Avoid at all costs. The “store manager” is openly rude and hostile. Does not want to answer questions and will treat you horribly if you ask one. She then proudly tells you to “well, go take a picture of my boss’s email and let them know” so not sure what’s up with that. Very disappointing. Had an in-store pickup for my wife and it was easy.
Went in tonight with a friend and there was only one person working, she was behind the counter the entire time. We weren't greeted at all or even acknowledged. This place either needs to close or needs a new manager
Walked in a few weeks ago on a Saturday. I'm looking to buy several new pieces for work. I go in and walk through the store that is completely empty of anyone but me and one employee handing shirts behind the counter. The one employee behind the counter doesn't stop what she is doing, come out from behind the counter, or engage with me at all in any way. Not even a word.
