Went in to be measured for new bras, there were four women behind the counter. None were very friendly. The one who helped measure me acted like she was put out. I have always had a great experience at this location until today. No one offered to help me. When I told her I wanted front clothes bras she said they only had white and walked away. Had an issue processing a return last week and once I noticed it, I called in and spoke with Brittany who knew exactly how to fix it. When I went back to the store, Althea helped process it for me. These ladies were both a joy to speak with, extremely knowledgeable, and so very kind. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and went into the store not sure what size I would need. The Associates in the store are amazing. I’ve been there a few times lately trying to buy new clothes to replace my old outfits. I had all four Associates in the store helping me on 3/4. I appreciate the Associates so much in the Lane Bryant store in Grove City Ohio.
Cute items but staff was not friendly.. I did not have a good experience at all
