HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employees made a huge error on their part with their system when we purchased at their store and when we were wanting a refund they couldn’t help and just gave me a number to call. The supervisor named April called and instead of fixing the problem with the buying customer she wants to be extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. VERY HELPFUL ATTENTIVE STAFF
Had a blast with the ladies there. My sister went in to get a dress for a church event, she came home told me how much fun she had shopping at lane Bryant. They made jokes, they made it fun she said one of the girls was trying to dress her very provocative (☝️ no no) but that’s ok she didn’t listen. Overall was so much fun I went in and had two of the most sweetest ladies help me as well Jessica and Yvette were awesome. I love my new dress.
