I live in York, and they shut down our store so I had to drive up to this location twice to get my packages because they didn't send it in one package and it was just 10 paid off underwear and the second package was just one pair of underwear. The employees there are slow moving and very rude.
Excellent customer service
I know this is way late to review something, but TWICE I had a terrible experience with customer service at this location. I'll NEVER shop at this particular store again, I'll go to the Gettysburg outlet location where I was treated with respect like a customer of a store should be. .... my daughter and I stopped in on black Friday, there was maybe only one or two other people in the store. The place is easily located. There is a good amount of parking, including handicap parking. There are a wide range of other stores in very close proximity. The store is clean and well kept. I was there to pick up an order for a family member. Pick up was easy and hassle free. The staff was kind, considerate and knowledgeable.
Poor customer service. They didn't greet me when I walked in the store nor did they offer to help me. When I did finally Will not shop here again
