The customer experience has gone down the drain the last few years. No one wants to talk to you unless they want you to open a card. Overall selection is overpriced stuff you could get from Walmart. Disappointing, this place used to be a power house for plus size people
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in the store and no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. I had been in the store for about 10 minutes looking. It was then when I sat down in the fitting room area one of the ladies asked if I needed a fitting room. Uhmmm Hello, how are you? Would have been a great way to greet a customer.
