HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in the store and no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. I had been in the store for about 10 minutes looking. It was then when I sat down in the fitting room area one of the ladies asked if I needed a fitting room. Uhmmm Hello, how are you? Would have been a great way to greet a customer. The staff was very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find what I needed. They had some good sales too.
Wow! Can't say enough good things about the 3 ladies working today. All were friendly and two went out of their way to help my sister get a swimsuit that fit and made her feel good. They stayed past closing time, did not hurry her at all, measured her since she had recently lost 70 lbs. and didn't know proper size, brought options to the dressing room, and were generally awesome and encouraging!
