Store and staff are lovely. I went for dress pants. I was prepared to buy about four pairs in various colors of the same style. Also looking for a dress they had online on clearance. Dress pants were only available in black unless I got a different style or ordered them from another store. Dress was on the clearance rack but much more expensive than online. Like double! I ended up with one pair of pants, no dress, and a walk to JCPenny to get brown, gray and blue pants.
Mo at Crossgates is fantastic. As a busy working mom I haven’t worn a properly fitted bra in decades. She fit me walked around the different selections and asked questions to recommend the styles to try. She hit the nail on the head. I walked out feeling excited to wear my clothes again and feeling confident in my skin! Truly all the women were pleasant and helpful. Can’t wait to come back next month with my rewards 🙂
I drove 2 hours to find bras that would fit me without breaking the bank, first of all the staff were amazing and incredibly kind and supportive, having an unusual frame to chest ratio I've not had a bra that fit properly in TEN YEARS. The women here are sooo helpful and don't give up until you find something that fits well and makes you feel good. We come back whenever we're in town to see Mo. She's a miracle worker!
About a month ago I went in for the first time to get fitted for a bra! Going here was definitely the best choice I could’ve made! At first I purchased my bras online during a sale, I didn’t know my size but wanted to wing it and anticipated doing an exchange regardless.
