Store is supposed to be open @ 10 calledans they said they just got there and I saw them just sitting inside the store and urs now 10'10 and still not open 🤬
Ordered some bras, shipped to store. Realized when I got home, they sent the wrong items. Brought them back and had to wait for the manager to process the return. Zero greeting, acted like she was doing me a favor for helping me. For the prices they charge, you'd expect "customer service". Ha! I will not shop here again. Manager needs an attitude adjustment.
I have been recommended to try going to Lane Bryant for over a year now post surgery that made me gain some weight and being rudely laughed out of Victoria's Secret and sent out of Torrid crying... so I was very nervous about going. I had a couple coupons so I went to browse but wasn’t really planning to buy at the time. A sale rep greeted me and check in off and on as I told her I was just browsing. I ended up buying some stuff and I told her I left my phone in car with my $20 coupon. I received a survey and gave a great review because of this reps customer service. Today I came home and I got a thank you card from the rep (now I know her name is Karen). She remembered our interaction 100%. This is so rare now a days and much appreciated by me.
