As long as you're a woman, they seem to be friendly enough. But be a guy, shopping for your wife, asking questions, suffice it to say, it's a woman's shop, and guys are to be seen, and not heard.
I went in there to buy a top for an outfit I have for a wedding and the girl working in sweatpants and a long sleeved shirt on 6/5 around 2pm glared at me when I first walked in and I assumed she was a customer. I never leave reviews, especially for places in Rapid City - but this LB is amazing! As someone is reluctantly plus sized because shopping is such a nightmare, I absolutely loved my experiences here. The staff is friendly, doesn't pressure you to buy things and they don't make comments about how they can order your size online since none of their in store sizes don't fit. Loved my experience here and will be back!
Bought some panties a year or so ago only wore them 2..3..30 times..would not refund or trade them back.."it has a stain on it" she said! One little stain whooptie doo everybody has accidents..I won't be back!
