I went to this store today and could not believe how rude the staff was. My husband and I recently traveled to Lubbock and shop at this same chain and their staff was wonderful and so helpful. Today was very disappointing when comparing the two. These women working in this store were as far from helpful as anyone could be. I live a town away from Midland, but I dont think I will spend any more of my money in Lane Bryant in Midland, I will travel to Lubbock in the future. I used to work at this Lane Bryant before the new Manager was hired and she is a rude person. The thing that really bothered me was with the district manager.
