I went to this store today and could not believe how rude the staff was. My husband and I recently traveled to Lubbock and shop at this same chain and their staff was wonderful and so helpful. Today was very disappointing when comparing the two. These women working in this store were as far from helpful as anyone could be. I live a town away from Midland, but I dont think I will spend any more of my money in Lane Bryant in Midland, I will travel to Lubbock in the future. I used to work at this Lane Bryant before the new Manager was hired and she is a rude person. The thing that really bothered me was with the district manager. I was already set to transfer over to another Lane Bryant in Arlington, I asked her how my transfer was coming along and she asked me to come into the office with her and she verbally abused me saying that she would never recommend me to work at another Lane Bryant anywhere that day she had fired two of our young managers and she was wanting a comeback from me so she c... read more
I buy all my jeans at Lane Bryant but I bought a pair and the snap came off after the 60 return. This is a manufactuer defect and I cant get anyone from Lane Bryant to answer my question on why I cant get a new pair or have them fix it! I tried talking to the manager at this location and she basically said to bad. I emailed the company on Sept 29 and still do not have a response! This is horrible customer service and I will NEVER by another piece of clothing here nor will I recommend this store or company to anyone!!! I tell... read more
