RecommendedI had the BEST experience today! Miss Constance was my sales lady I believe. She was so helpful making sure I got what I wanted, and told me how to get a discount by signing up for the charge card. I hate to clothes shop, and I found myself needing jeans. First time in years I’ve bought jeans. I literally picked up a pair in my size, with the type I wanted, went in and tried them on, and had exactly what I wanted after this one pair. That has NEVER happened to me! 😱 Thank you Lane Bryant!

I was in this store today looking for a specific type of bra and tank top. Not one of their associates asked me if I needed help. There were only 3 people in the LB section and no one in the Cacique section. When I finally approached the associate behind the counter, she looked at me as if I were bothering her. I told her what I was looking for and she said "did you check online first?" I told her that I did not and she finally made her way out from behind the counter and showed me a bra that in no way matched what I was loo... read more
