I recently went to Lane Bryant to pick up my daughter’s bras, and unfortunately the customer service experience was not great. Most of the sales reps seemed bothered by my presence, giving dirty looks and acting as if assisting me was an inconvenience. It made the atmosphere feel very unwelcoming. I will say there was one sales associate in the corner who was very friendly and pleasant, and I appreciated her kindness.
