I went there today to get a swim suit with my 3 yr old daughter with me. Things started out fine. The woman was helpful in measuring for the top. My daughter and I went into the fitting room and I tried on the 1st one. We all agreed it looked very nice on top. Then I tried the 2nd one. I didn't feel very comfortable in it. RecommendedI went there yesterday after work dud to the wire snapping in my bra while at work. When i got to the store and went in and approached the woman at the desk. I asked them to size me for a new bra. And finally figured out the problem i was having with the bras. The band size was too small and made it so the wires were snapping. So the woman asked me what coverage i liked and colors. Gave her the info she needed and had me try on different sizes. Tried on the no wire ones and im IN LOVE!!! I had a great experience at this Lane Bryant location last Thursday. One of the associates, Ali (I hope I spelled that right) was so friendly and helpful. She asked to help me as I was picking out some bras (they were having a great sale at the time), and assisted by finding different sizes and styles that I could try on. She asked my name and came back several times to see how I was doing. She was awesome! I will definitely be looking for her help again the next time I go there. Ask for Ali!!
People kept following me, even after I paid my bill.
The staff were so helpful and nice. And they have a shoe section!
