Coming from a new mom learning to love her post baby body, this store and it’s employees are seriously the best. I had a terrible experience at a different store trying to find a post baby bra. I was told by this other store that “they didn’t carry “my size””. That what i liked just wasn’t going to be big enough for me. So i walked into LaneBryant feeling defeated and in tears. I buy all my jeans at Lane Bryant but I bought a pair and the snap came off after the 60 return. This is a manufactuer defect and I cant get anyone from Lane Bryant to answer my question on why I cant get a new pair or have them fix it! I tried talking to the manager at this location and she basically said to bad. I emailed the company on Sept 29 and still do not have a response! This is horrible customer service and I will NEVER by another piece of clothing here nor will I recommend this store or company to anyone!!! I tell... read more
