Spoke with one of their trucking freight brokers earlier today & the woman was very rude on initial call, she was supposed to be sending me a rate confirmation for a load after I gave her my eta to the shipper on a load from Va-FL. I know better than to head out with no rate con so when I didn't receive the confirmation I called back in to check on it & again very rudly she says "We're working on the details & ill send it shortly!" I waited 20 more minutes. I called in a third time just to find out they gave the load to anot... read more
