Great store This is a nice store with a great selection. They have a nice mix of new, catalog items and also overstocked items...so you can find good deals. The sales people are always very nice and the store is very organized. It's worth the drive if you don't live nearby.
very good This store has lots of nice items. You can get swimsuits, shoes and towels here as well as clothes of course. The Lands End products are always very high quality. You will not be disappointed. My mom always insists on visiting the store when she's in town.

Unwilling to exchange defective merchandise for an in stock item. Sales associate admitted the item should have held up better but also wouldn’t replace it.
Stopped into the Brookfield store to "just look"... ended up walking out with exactly what I was hoping to find. Not much square footage / selection for men, but Denise and Ann completely made up for it. They were really friendly, professional, and helpful... I'll be back, thanks!
