Knowledgeable mechanic took my bike in for repairs after a crash. Did a quick safety inspection of mechanical parts. No hard up selling on services, but did note some small repairs that could improve performance/handing. Final price was much lower than original quoted price. Will use again for service in the future.
A new experience with the team wasn’t really good , one of the staff members came early to the store , I was really friendly to ask the opening time , this guy was really rude , he arrived biking, only said “No answers until 10am and closed the door in my face” this kind of person shouldn’t work in a customer service stores

This shop has always been so helpful and quick to support repairs. Shout out Eli, I came in a tail spin the afternoon before a 50 mile race. I had taken my back wheel off to install a hitch and couldn’t figure it out. In the process I bent the skewer and my mind blanked on how to get the wheel back on. I called to see their availability and drove right over in a panic. Eli was so calm and kind and fixed it in 5 minutes with a new skewer and installed my hitch.
