Great quality products and knowledgeable staff
Gross incompetence. Would give 0 stars if I could. My tri bike was left is worse shape than when I left it with this disgraceful organization. My bike was not only returned in worse shape than it was left but it was also unsafe. If you need serious attention and professional mechanical work I urge you to take your business elsewhere. This site / organization is incompetent.
I went to get my bike fixed and it didn’t go good the first time but Dan got in touch with me and had me come back and completely fix everything for me and made sure I was satisfied and he was great and very personable and friendly well I was waiting for him to fix everything for me I definitely will be back to get any repairs done in the future!!
