Landon Trace Town Homes management is "Horrible" during the ending COVID December of 2022 I fell behind on my rent. Landon Trace management place an eviction on my Florida record. The eviction notice was paid and satisficed. however, When I tried to move after putting in my 60 day notice. Janet or Lucie in the office told the other apartment complex that I was placed under an eviction December of 2022. Why???? your guest is as good as mine. There’s a new maintenance guy Andrew, who’s a very hard worker, i see him 7 days a week, working like the Energizer Bunny, he make sure the garbage is clear which is the most important thing to us as tenants hate to throw garbage away and you can’t even walk up the steps, haven’t had any work done yet, but I’m sure he’ll do a good job, will post another review when he completes the work. Keep up the good work Andrew!

Andrew is a GREAT maintenance guy that works at the apartment he’s quick and have a great sense of humor . Keep up the great work
